Users can select built-in puzzle templates, upload local images, adjust layout parameters freely to complete personalized picture collage, and export finished collage files to device albums. This application focuses on image collage processing, committed to providing users with convenient, efficient and private image production services.

Age Restriction & Service Scope Disclaimer

All collage-related functions and derivative services of Poveth are exclusively accessible to users aged 18 and older. Any individual under the age of eighteen is prohibited from accessing this application, uploading image files, using puzzle templates, generating collages and exporting finished works. The platform has no willingness to provide services for minors and will never actively collect any personal information or image data of underage groups. Any unauthorized use by minors will result in immediate function restriction, and all legal liabilities and related consequences shall be borne independently by users and their legal guardians.

1. Overview & Binding Consent

This comprehensive privacy policy is formulated to standardize the data processing specifications, privacy protection mechanisms and user right obligations of Poveth image puzzle service. This legally binding agreement applies to all users who download, install and use this toolkit. Your behaviors including visiting the application, uploading images and creating collage works shall be regarded that you have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all clauses of this policy. If you disagree with any clause herein, you must terminate the use of this application immediately.

2. Data Type & Collection Specifications

The platform operator strictly abides by global mainstream privacy laws and the principle of data minimization. We only collect necessary data to maintain normal collage service operation, and reject excessive collection of irrelevant sensitive privacy data. The data processed during service operation is divided into two categories:

2.1 User Original & Collaged Images

Refers to all original pictures actively uploaded by users and finished collage images generated based on built-in templates. All image resources are the exclusive property of the uploading user. The operator only obtains temporary processing authorization to complete image collage and export tasks, without any ownership and secondary usage rights.

2.2 Anonymous Maintenance Data

Desensitized anonymous data passively collected for product optimization, including application startup records, functional crash logs, device basic parameter information and user operation feedback. This type of data cannot locate specific individual users, and is only used for internal fault troubleshooting, interface optimization and version iterative updates.

3. Authorization Terms & Usage Boundaries

Users voluntarily grant the operator a limited, revocable, non-commercial data processing authorization. The authorized scope is limited to parsing image formats, matching puzzle templates, synthesizing collage pictures and realizing local export functions. The operator hereby clearly states that without the explicit written authorization from users, we will never lease, share, sell or authorize third parties to obtain user’s original images and collage works, nor use relevant resources for commercial promotion, advertising delivery and AI training activities.

4. Image Cache & Data Retention Rules

To balance user experience and data privacy security, Poveth adopts a temporary cache storage strategy for all user images. The server only temporarily caches uploaded original pictures and in-progress collage drafts during the user’s use of the service, aiming to ensure smooth template matching and image synthesis.

Once the user completes exporting collage works or actively discards draft content, the cached image data will be automatically and permanently cleared. Meanwhile, users can manually delete uploaded source images and finished collages at any time. The operator will not permanently store user image data on the server side and cannot recover any deleted image resources for users.

5. User Independent Control Rights

As the sole owner of all image resources and collage works, users enjoy full-cycle independent control rights: freely upload and replace source images, switch diverse puzzle templates to create exclusive collages; adjust collage parameters according to personal preferences and export finished pictures to device albums; clear cached image data manually; close anonymous maintenance data collection permissions; revoke data authorization and permanently cancel registered accounts. All the above operations are free of charge with no hidden restrictions.

6. Third-Party Access Prohibition Clause

Poveth runs on an independent closed operating framework and realizes comprehensive data isolation from all external third-party organizations. The application does not embed any third-party tracking SDKs, advertising modules, data sharing interfaces and external analysis tools. Under no circumstances will the operator transmit user’s private image data to any third-party enterprises, social groups and individuals.

Data disclosure is only allowed under compulsory statutory scenarios, including responding to valid judicial rulings and official investigation orders issued by legally authorized government administrative and judicial departments.

7. User Behavior Regulations

When using our picture puzzle service, users need to comply with local network security laws and copyright protection regulations. It is prohibited to upload pictures containing illegal elements, violent and pornographic content, discriminatory remarks, and images that infringe the portrait rights and copyrights of third parties. All legal risks, civil compensation liabilities and administrative penalties caused by users’ illegal and irregular behaviors shall be borne solely by the user.

8. Policy Revision & Dispute Resolution

The operator reserves the right to revise and update this privacy policy according to product function iteration, privacy security upgrade and changes in relevant national laws and regulations. The updated policy content will be displayed on the dedicated privacy page inside Poveth with the latest update date marked conspicuously. Continued use of the collage service after the policy update takes effect will be deemed as acceptance of the revised clauses.

All disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved through priority email negotiation. If the two parties fail to reach an agreement, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the judicial authority of the operator’s registered location for final judgment.
